I believe in working alongside you, with compassion and respect, to help you use your strengths and find balance. Together, we can explore your unique life goals, process through past hurts and trauma, develop better skills for managing stress and coping, and decrease anxious thought patterns.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child, a family or couple looking to rebuild your connection, or an adult feeling stuck and overwhelmed, I am here to walk alongside you.

My approach is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive. To tailor our sessions to your unique needs and goals, I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).

Together, we will build on your existing strengths, develop practical coping tools, and foster the lasting resilience you need to truly thrive and enjoy your life.
